Carl Bouchard

Founder and CEO

Carl is the visionary behind our unique products offering. Seeing that there was a real gap between OEM ambulances and medical devices manufacturers, Carl founded Technimount in 2013. With a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a diploma in International Sales & Negotiations, Carl has been working in the medical field for over 25 years, including for a manufacturer of medical devices for 15 years, as Canadian Sales Director.

Nancy Morest

Director - OEM Medical Division

Nancy is a strategic thinker with high customer focus. She has specialized in sales & marketing, quality, communications, administrative and operational management. Nancy has over 20 years of experience in Manufacturing, Engineering and Information Technologies’ Industries. At Technimount, Nancy is responsible for managing major accounts and new product development.

Guillaume Voyer

Director of PMO and Engineering

Guillaume Voyer is the Director of Project Management Office at Technimount, with over 16 years of experience in the medical device industry. He leads international multi-site programs, specializing in product development, regulatory compliance, and process optimization. His expertise in ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and IEC 62304 ensures global standards for safety and quality. Guillaume’s strategic leadership drives innovation and supports Technimount’s mission to deliver cutting-edge medical technologies.

Eric Hamel

Clinical Director

With over 38 years of experience in EMS, Éric Hamel is renowned for his exceptional involvement in major emergency services and educational institutions. As a member of the Technimount System team, he supports the distribution of medical products and oversees the operations of clinical nature in the product design, commercialization, marketing, and general company operations. You will love to meet his special companion, Dude, a very empathetic therapy dog!

Lorena Ruelas

Global Marketing Director

For over 20 years, Lorena has developed a business sensitivity that results in practical and realistic solutions. She thrives by being able to bring into the market products that make a difference in people’s lives and being able to create a bond between brands and their customers. Being trilingual has come handy when implementing marketing strategies for local and international markets. At Technimount System, Lorena is a true team player!

Louis-Philippe Laberge

Director of Production

Operating under the Technimount System trademark and its subsidiaries, is responsible for managing, organizing, planning, and overseeing product assembly at the Québec production center. He leads the development of production processes and drives operational productivity, ensuring efficiency across production, inventory, and system implementation. With extensive experience in launching new products into production, he also develops material and process optimization solutions, including within regulated manufacturing environments such as medical products.

Jérôme Bourdon

Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs

Jérôme has extensive experience in testing laboratories across various industries. As the leader of the quality department, he oversees regulatory affairs and compliance activities, ensuring that our processes adhere to the highest industry standards. His expertise is instrumental in maintaining excellence across all our operations.

Isabelle Gagné

Senior Human Resources Manager

Isabelle Gagné leads the management, organization, and support of human resources functions across the company. She oversees employee relations, qualitative HR initiatives, and process development, while consistently providing guidance and support to colleagues. With several years of experience in human resources, Isabelle brings strong expertise in talent development, recruitment, occupational health and safety, skills development, and labor relations, gained across diverse environments including international petrochemical and nuclear corporations as well as hospital settings.

Marie-Philippe Labbé

Director of Client Service Strategy

Marie-Philippe’s experience in customer service management, where she developed strong skills in team engagement, process optimization, and client satisfaction brings great value to Technimount. She collaborates with multiple departments to enhance the customer experience and actively contributes to the growth and positioning of the brands, with a mission to deliver tangible value to clients. She brings several years of experience in customer service management, with expertise in team engagement, process optimization, and client satisfaction.
