With a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and a diploma in international sales & negotiations, Carl brings over 25 years of experience in the medical field. His background includes 15 years as Canadian Sales Director for a medical device manufacturer, building deep expertise in both product development and market needs. Guided by his leadership, Technimount is at the forefront of innovation since 2013, delivering practical and trusted solutions that meet the industry’s unmet needs.

Nancy Morest

Director - OEM Medical Division

Nancy is a strategic leader focused on customer needs and long-term partnerships. As Director – OEM Medical Division at Technimount, she leads OEM relationships and works closely with customers and partners to support the development of integrated mounting, mobility, and transport solutions for medical devices across various environments. With 30 years of experience, Nancy brings expertise in sales and marketing, quality systems, and operational leadership, supporting the safe, compliant, and effective use of medical devices across care and transport settings.

Guillaume Voyer

Director of PMO and Engineering

Guillaume Voyer is the Director of Technimount’s Project Management Office and Engineering, bringing over 20 years of experience in the medical device industry. He led international product development of Medical Class Devices III, multi-site programs, with a focus on best project management practices, tools and techniques, regulatory compliance, and process optimization. His expertise in ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and EN 14971 ensures that Technimount meets global standards for safety and quality. His strategic leadership drives innovation, creativity, continous improvement and supports the management team’s mission to deliver cutting-edge medical technologies.

Eric Hamel

Clinical Director

Éric Hamel brings over 40 years of experience in EMS, with extensive involvement in major emergency services and educational institutions. At Technimount, he oversees clinical aspects of product designs, commercialization, marketing, training and company operations. He also plays an important role in the distribution of medical equipment. You will love to meet his special companion, Dude, our cherished therapy dog!

Lorena Ruelas

Global Marketing Director

Lorena, Marketing Director, bringing over 20 years of experience in developing practical and impactful marketing strategies. She excels at commercializing products that make a true difference in people’s lives. At Technimount, Lorena leads the development and execution of marketing initiatives across local and international markets, including brand strategy, product launches, communications, and digital campaigns. She combines creativity with analytical insight to drive growth and enhance the company’s market presence.

Louis-Philippe Laberge

Director of Production

Louis-Philippe is responsible for managing, planning, and overseeing product assembly at our production center. He leads the development of production processes, drives operational efficiency and ensures smooth coordination across production, inventory, and system implementation. Experienced in launching new products into production, he also develops material and process optimization solutions within regulated manufacturing environments.

Jérôme Bourdon

Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs

Jérôme leads Technimount’s Quality department, bringing extensive experience in testing laboratories across multiple industries. He oversees regulatory affairs and compliance, ensuring that all processes meet the highest industry standards. His expertise is instrumental in maintaining operational excellence and supporting the company’s commitment to safety, quality, and innovation.

Isabelle Gagné

Senior Human Resources Manager
