Technimount System designs and develops mounting solutions that provide first responders and healthcare professionals with a complete system for managing portable medical devices during EMS and critical care transport.
We are looking for a curious, creative, and detail-oriented Mechanical Designer to join our Research and Development (R&D) team. Reporting to the R&D Director, you will be involved in all stages of mechanical product development for medical, prehospital, and military environments—from design to production, including prototyping, testing, and refinement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. MECHANICAL DESIGN

Design mechanical equipment adapted to customer needs.

Create manufacturing and assembly drawings in accordance with established standards.

Actively participate in design reviews for product development.

Select appropriate components, materials, and manufacturing processes.

Prepare the technical information required for product documentation.
2. PROTOTYPING AND TESTING

Contribute to prototype fabrication and mechanical testing.

Participate in the development of test plans and analysis of results.

Adapt designs based on field observations and team feedback.

Estimate manufacturing costs based on selected methods.
3. PRODUCTION AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Support the transfer of new products into production.

Contribute to the improvement of existing products and the resolution of technical issues.
