Technimount return policy & customer satisfaction policy

Technimount System products which include such items as cot systems, safety arm systems, mounting bracket systems for medical devices, components, and related accessories may be returned up to 60 days after receipt if they meet the following guidelines:

Please note that claims for any short orders or broken parts during shipping must be made within thirty (30) days of invoicing.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY

Returns within 30 days

  • 30 days money back guarantee – NO QUESTIONS ASKED
  • Technimount System is responsible for all charges
  • Technimount System cannot accept items that have been returned and found to be damaged or modified

Returns within 45 days

  • Product(s) must be unused, undamaged, unmodified and in the original packaging
  • The customer is responsible for a 20% restocking fee
  • Reason(s) for returning a product(s) must be provided by email

Returns within 60 days

  • Product(s) must be unused, undamaged, unmodified and in the original
  • The customer is responsible for a 30% restocking fee
  • Reason(s) of returning a product(s) must be provided by email

Return authorization

Technimount System’s Customer Service Department must be contacted and prior approval obtained before any merchandise is returned. You must obtain an authorization number which must accompany all returned merchandise.  Technimount System reserves the right to charge shipping and restocking fees on returned items.  TECHNIMOUNT CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF CUSTOM, MODIFIED, OR DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS.  You will need to complete an  RMA form and return the completed form to our Customer Service Department at customerservice@technimount.com; and obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number which must accompany all returned items.

Damaged merchandise

ICC Regulations states that claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the carrier within fifteen (15) days of receipt of merchandise. It also states to NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED SHIPMENTS UNLESS SUCH DAMAGE IS NOTED ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT AT THE TIME OF RECEPTION. In the event that this information is not received by Technimount System within the fifteen (15) day period following the delivery of the merchandise, or the damage was not noted on the delivery receipt at the time of receipt, the customer will be responsible for payment of the original invoice, in full.

International return policy
