The liability of the shipment of merchandises starts form our warehose based in Quebec, Canada. Any potential damage resulting from shipping or transportation must be declared immediately. DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED SHIPMENTS UNLESS SUCH DAMAGE IS NOTED ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT AT THE TIME OF RECEIPT. You have 15 days to send your request/claim at this regard, attaching delivery note signed and other damage proof .
