Tested in compliance with FAA, 14 CFR 23, the Xtension Pro™ Assistant – LP ensures the safe transport of multiple medical devices during air critical care transport on the LifePort™* Cot. This highly flexible solution improves medical equipment management during patient transport and optimizes space within the aircraft.

The Xtension Pro™ Assistant – LP features a curved design that facilitates lateral patient transfer from bed/stretcher to cot, while the medical equipment is installed. This unique system increases flexibility and access to medical devices from all angles and improves patient care during air transport. The Xtension Pro™ Assistant – LP was developed  by Technimount Engineering (Technimount Design Inc.) in collaboration with Airmedic, an innovative private Quebec company that provides medical assistance as well as transport anywhere in Canada by operating 9 aircraft (6 Pilatus PC-12, 2 helicopters EC145C2e and 1 Pilatus PC-24).
